NO HOME INSPECTOR HAS A CRYSTAL BALL! But all Florida Home Inspectors are required to report if a system or component of a home is nearing the end of its expected service life. Florida is special because the intense sun, salty air, moisture, and wind create an environment that decreases the life expectancy of many parts of a home.
