Four-Point Inspection

A four-point inspection is usually done at the request of a homeowner’s insurance provider or a mortgage refinance company.

The four-point inspection covers the four major systems of a home: Roof, HVAC, Plumbing, and Electric.

The same day after the inspection, a detailed electronic report with supporting photos is generated and emailed to the client.
